Exchange Policy for Next in Glam

At Next in Glam, we want you to love what you ordered! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges on most items under the following terms: 

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items eligible for exchange must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition as when you received them. The original tags must still be attached.

  • We only accept exchanges for items purchased directly from our website.

  • Exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of your purchase date.

  • Sale items, jewelry, accessories, and footwear are not eligible for exchanges.

2. How to Request an Exchange

  • To initiate an exchange, please email our customer service team at k@nextinglam.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

  • If your exchange is eligible, we will process your exchange.

3. Exchanging for a Different Size/Color

  • If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please let us know in your exchange request. We will do our best to accommodate you based on stock availability.

  • If the requested size is out of stock, we will offer you store credit as an alternative.

4. Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of defective or incorrect items received.

  • If an exchange involves a different item, any price difference will be adjusted accordingly. Clients will be notified of any additional charges prior to shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Processing Your Exchange

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your exchange. You will be notified via email when your new item is shipped, or when your store credit has been issued.

  • If you’re exchanging for a different item, please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing after we receive your return.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at k@nextinglam.com with photos of the damage. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a credit.

7. Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as “final sale” are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This includes discounted items, limited-edition products, and special collections.

8. Additional Information

  • We do not offer refunds; exchanges are the only option.
